Post-Repair Inspection First, our Full Home Inspection Report is used by the buyer to have the seller repair portions of the home that is being considered. Then, to ensure repairs have been made correctly, many buyers have us come back and conduct this Post-Repair Inspection - a thorough analysis of everything that was (and was not) modified.

Seller's Readiness Reporthelps the seller know if their home is ready to be sold or if repairs are required before placing the home on the market. Note: this is not a Full Home Inspection but, rather, a comprehensive report of the home's "sellability."
New Construction Pre-drywall Inspection ensures the hidden elements that you cannot see - the "things behind the walls" like electric, plumbing, HVAC, etc. - have been completed correctly before the walls are closed.
